Republican Presidential candidate is booed after sharing that Trump is only running for president to prevent from going to jail
Des Moines, Iowa – Republican candidate for president, Will Hurd, made a grand entrance at the 2023 Lincoln Dinner. During Hurd’s speech, he shared that he felt that Donald Trump failed to extend the Republican brand during his time in office, and his only reason to run for office for a second time is to stay out of jail.
Audience members of the dinner booed Hurd after hearing his thoughts. Hurd was eventually booed off stage by the supporters of Donald Trump.
